quaff (verb). to drink heartily

May 5, 2009

The workload is seriously getting to me: an self-sustaining, repeating system of assessments, readings, group assignments, presentations, essays and exams.
How mundane, life-consuming and boring.

I can’t wait until the semester break finally comes. There’ll be a lot of DVD-watching, heated pool-swimming, alcohol-quaffing, Penguin book-readings and lovely friends-chilling. Ah yes, that is the life.
This is my light at the end of the tunnel.
